Sofi Lakes Residential Association is now open — welcome to your resident portal

Welcome, neighbors! The Sofi Lakes Residential Association is officially up and running, and your online resident portal is now live.

From here you can pay your HOA fees, file a maintenance request, submit an architectural application, read the governing documents, and reach the management office — all in one place, without hunting for a phone number. Unity Grid Management handles the day-to-day of the association, so questions and requests get a real answer.

If you haven't set up your account yet, you'll receive an invitation by email with sign-in instructions. Watch for it, and reach out anytime through the Contact page if you need a hand.
